Functionality of catalysis is interpreted as the continuous carrier exchange between a catalytic material and the reacted substance. Metal nano-particles on some oxide compound are often used in this carrier exchange process. In our scheme the usage of ferroelectric material enables the coherent charge fluctuation in paraelectric state. The catalysis is driven in a little higher temperature than the ferroelectric transition where the short range but coherent charge fluctuation exists on the ferroelectric surfaces.
