Structural analysis of glycan moieties of virulent glycoprotein in phytopathogenic bacteria and its application to disease control

The control of crop diseases is extremely important to prevent a loss of crop production. In this project, we identify virulence factors in phytopathogenic bacteria and the structure of molecules which efficiently induce the resistance of the crops.
